If your not pleased with your order please call us toll free 1-866-283-6905 within 7 days to receive a return authorization number.

Merchandise sent back without a return authorization number will be refused. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge. Items must be in original packaging and returned in new and unused condition. We cannot accept any items with any indications that it has been used. Please make sure all tags and inserts are repackaged with the merchandise as originally shipped.

We reserve the right to inspect and return items to you that are not acceptable for return. Returns following our policy will be refunded less restocking fee.

If you're having a hard time deciding on a style or color, my we suggest you purchase a pillowcase or sham.

Return Authorization number needs to be written on the box and returned within 7 days of notifying us.

100% refund will be issued for any damaged or incorrect item shipped along with any shipping cost. For any bed delivery’s, please inspect the cartons for any obvious damages. If you see any, please refuse the delivery and call us at toll free 1-866-283-6905 so that we may correct the situation. If you should sign for it, we will not have any recourse.
